Winemaker for a Day – Estremoz

Take your group to the heart of the Alentejo, Estremoz, to an Alentejo wine cellar that mixes a modern winemaking process with the best Portuguese tradition. The group will be invited to produce their own wine and be a winemaker for a day. They will learn the art of making wine, in a unique experience under the guidance of a team of winemakers.

During 2 hours the participants will have the opportunity to learn about wine and its production in a more practical way, they will be able to taste and learn to distinguish the different grape varieties, visit the winery, do a tasting of olive oils from the same producer as well as other products of the region such as Alentejo cheese and bread, and they also take home a bottle of wine with a personalized label.
